Date of Starpharma’s Annual General Meeting 2023 (ASX Announcement)

Melbourne, Australia; 2 October 2023: Starpharma (ASX: SPL, OTCQX: SPHRY) today announces, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 2:00 p.m. (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 29 November 2023. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 10 October 2023 (Closing Date). Nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. (AEDT) on the Closing Date at the Company’s registered office. Details of the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be issued in October 2023. As in past years, the Chair’s address and the CEO’s presentation will be released to the market prior to the commencement of the AGM.
